The Faith Outreach Ministry is an evangelization ministry of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the Catholic Diocese of Wa in Ghana. The ministry has been operating since 1991 in the Catholic Diocese of Wa and beyond.

In 1991 the Catholic Charismatic Renewal organised a Life in the Spirit Seminars (LSS) program for some members, and as the Lord promised in Acts 1:8, He poured out His Holy Spirit upon them. Just as also promised in the book of the Prophet Joel 2:28, one of these members had a series of visions during his personal prayer time. He shared these visions with a more matured member of the group. Finally the group discerned that the Lord was requesting them to reach out to others far and wide. Incidentally, at this time, many of the youth were leaving the Catholic Church for Charismatic and Pentecostal Churches that had started proliferating in the Wa Township.
